I created this look starting with a base coat from Barry M, which triples up as nail hardener and topcoat. Secondly two coats of O.P.I's Russian Navy, one may be enough, but the second adds a real richness of blue. Finish this off with a thin coat of NYC's Starry Silver Glitter (105). You don't have to add a top coat, but it does finish the look off.
